Install Windows Live Writer on Windows 2003 Server and Vista x64

As long as you get the Windows Live Writer msi file, you can install it in server 2003 or x64.
or you can install Windows Live Writer Beta 3 in other systems, and navigate
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\WindowsLiveInstaller\MsiSources\ or On my machine the Path is  C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Application Data\WindowsLiveInstaller\ Unzip to your C:\Program Files\
