How much user-available memory is on the Dash?
23 MB of storage memory is available.
How do I reset the device to factory settings?
Select Start > Accessories > Clear Storage. Type 1234 in the box and select YES. This will erase all information on the device and restore it to factory settings.
How can I quickly access the Messaging application?
You can quickly press the dedicated Messaging key on the keyboard. The key is located in the lower right portion of the keyboard and is indicated by an envelope symbol.
What bands does the Dash support?
The Dash is a quad-band device, supporting the 850/900/1800/1900 MHz frequencies for travel, both domestically and abroad.
How do I turn on/off flight mode?
Open the Comm Manager by quickly pressing the Power button to open the Quick List. Select the Phone icon or press 1 to turn on Flight Mode. A red X will be displayed over the phone icon when in Flight Mode.
Why am I not receiving a signal on my phone?
You may be outside of a coverage area or your phone could be in flight mode. To turn on/off flight mode, open the Comm Manager and ensure that flight mode is off.
