Contact Form ][: WordPress plugin
Contact Form ][ is a WordPress plugin, that offers a simple drop-in form in any new/existing post/page.

- Sends browser/OS info in email
- Links IP address to ARIN whois in email (ala WP comments)
- User can specify own subject line
- User can choose to carbon copy the message to themselves
- Subject line can have arbitrary text appended to it, ID’ing that email originated from contact form.
- Auto-populates blog name in subject suffix
- Auto-populates Admin Email from WP DB into destination email address field
- Adjustable size of message input text area
- Spam combating: multiple mechanisms in place, including the prohibiting of HTML in the messages and all form fields.
- Admin function to toggle contact form CSS on or off (useful if you’d like to apply your own CSS to the form)
